"Your Character Here"! Short looping animations of chibi-style characters done in 10 frames or less! Choose any of the existing YCHs or have a custom animated chibi of your character in the same style!Can be used for stream layouts, page decorations and more! TERMS OF SERVICE
I. CONDUCT
1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work
begins or payment is submitted.
3. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or
canceled.II. PAYMENT
1. Commissions must be paid according to one of the following plans:a. Upfront (not including paid revisions; revisions will be paid along the way or after the project is finished depending on the Client’s preference).b. Half upfront and other half once project is finishedc. (only applicable to full animations) Quarter of the final price each month from day of approving the commission2. Payment accepted in USD only.
3. Payment will be requested only via Paypal.III. PROCESS
1. A discussion with the artist will be required in order to calculate the final price. (“magi_502” on Discord, Instagram DMs or Facebook Messenger.)
2. If an animation is requested to be done from scratch, a script will be required.
3. If paid upfront, animation commissions are generally expected to take 6-12+ months from full payment to complete.
4. If there are any circumstances that greatly delay commission completion, the client will be
informed.IV. REVISIONS
1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
2. A maximum of 3 revisions are given during the draft stage free of charge.
3. Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.
4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at
any time.
2. Refunds when the project is nearing halfway completed will not be allowed.
3. If the client ceases contact for over 6 months, the commission will be considered
concluded and no refunds will be issued.
4. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may
have been bestowed in relation to the final project will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.(template by Bubbble.Honey)
